ALL CLEANERS ARE PROVIDED WITH A VERY DETAILED CHECKLIST ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING DURING THE CLEAN. IF YOU OWN A RENTAL AND HAVE YOUR OWN PERSONAL CHECKLIST YOU'D LIKE US TO FOLLOW, PLEASE LET US KNOW UPON BOOKING.

RESIDENTIAL

  • Basic Cleaning

    • ​Clean Bathrooms (includes tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops), Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum Floors, Dust Bedrooms & Living Area Surfaces (includes frames, lamps, and collectables), Dust Fans, Dress Beds, Clean Microwave, Kitchen Counters, Exterior of all Appliances, and Polish Stainless Steel and Stove Tops

    • Does not include: Pantries, Laundry Rooms, Closets, Baseboards, Windows, Blinds, or Walls

  • Deep Cleaning

    • Basic Clean Items + Wipe Baseboards, Blinds, Interior Windows and Window Sills, Wipe Fans and Fixtures, Dust Doors, Wipe Cabinet Exteriors and Vents, Laundry Room

    • Clean does not include: Walls, Chandeliers, Closets, Exterior Windows or Windows exceeding 6 feet in height, Litter Boxes, Pet Feces, Excessive Dishes, or Laundry 

  • Move In / Move Out ​

    • Deep Clean Items + Wipe Doors, Inside of Cabinets, Pantries, and Closets

  • Student Cleaning ​​

    • We offer basic, deep, move-in/move-out, and laundry services. Each clean is priced per bed space. Also includes: de-clutter, dishes, trash, sheet change, and sanitizing.

    • Provide paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toiletries (shampoos, conditioner, body wash) – We can customize this for each individual client.

We offer carpet cleaning for existing clients ONLY and can be added to any type of cleaning service.

Booking Policy

If cleaners cannot enter home within 20 minutes of scheduled time, the client is required to pay for a full clean. Please make sure we have accurate entry instructions on file before your scheduled clean.

Upon arrival at your clean, please have all pets kenneled, crated, or out of cleaning areas. This is to ensure the safety of your pets as well as our cleaners. Hot Mops is not responsible for any pet.
