HOw does it work?

Memberships are available for a monthly fee of $25 and include the following:

• Free weekly pick-up & delivery

• One reusable laundry bag per member

• $0.05 per-pound discount on laundry service 

• There is a 35 lb/$50 minimum for each pick-up

• There will be a limited number of clients we can accommodate per day. Members receive preferred pick-ups over non-members.

• Non-members, will pay a $15 pick up/delivery fee.

• All laundry will be delivered within 48 hours of pick-up unless you request “same day” and pay the additional fee. Friday pickups will be delivered on Monday.

• Group memberships available. Inquire for more information.

• Drop-a-Load does not provide services on weekends at this time.

Pricing

• Price for fluff and fold is $1.50 per pound.

• Sheets, bathmats and towels  are $2.00 per pound. 

• Blankets/Comforters/Bedspreads: Twin $25 | Queen/Full $40 | King $50 

• The laundry pickup/delivery fee is $15 for non-members (free weekly pick-up/delivery for members)

• Additional laundry bags can be purchased for $20/each.

• Same day service is an additional $10 for members or non-members.

• We offer disposable bags to members or non-members that have overflow/more than one bag of laundry for $1 each. Please advise in advance if you need additional bags.

Pick-up & Delivery

• Laundry will be picked up Monday through Friday.

• Pick-up location for your laundry must have a designated pick-up area, such as a front door, garage, or porch. **A covered area is required in case of inclement weather.** There is a place on the form for this information.

• We do not enter homes or residences.

• Clean laundry will be delivered within 48 hours of pick-up. Same day service is available for an additional  fee. Laundry pick-up will be Monday - Friday and drop-off will be Monday - Friday.

LAUNDRY VALET POLICIES

• All clothes will be washed according to label instructions.

• All clothes must be turned right side out by customer prior to pickup. 

• All memberships are month to month. Fee will be billed every 30 days from date of sign-up unless cancelled using below policy.

• ***Cancellation of membership*** - We must receive a cancellation request in writing prior to the next month's billing cycle. Membership fees that have already been paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. ​

4. Place laundry in your Laundry Valet bag & leave in designated location

5. Sit back and relax while we handle all of your laundry needs!

6. PLUS: Refer someone to Drop-a-Load Landry Valet and receive $10 credit towards your Laundry Valet account!
